Set within the extraordinary landscapes of Monarto Safari Park, the new Monarto Safari Park Resort is a three-storey, 78-room luxury hotel offering a unique stay immersed in nature. The hotel features a day spa, restaurant, and flexible meeting spaces, creating a complete destination experience while supporting Zoos South Australia’s growing eco-tourism vision.
Tad-Mar Electrical was engaged by Long Contracting to deliver the full electrical package for this landmark project. Works included the installation of high voltage infrastructure, supply and installation of main switchboards, and comprehensive electrical lighting and power throughout the hotel. Tad-Mar also installed LV submain cabling, lighting control systems, pit and pipe infrastructure, and carpark lighting. A standby generator, solar PV system, structured cabling, and FTA/MATV systems were integrated to ensure reliable and future-ready operations.
To support the guest experience and operational efficiency, Tad-Mar delivered a full music and PA system, electric vehicle charging stations, advanced security systems including CCTV, access control and hotel guest locking systems, as well as a sophisticated energy management and metering system.
The Monarto Safari Park Hotel demonstrates Tad-Mar’s ability to deliver complex electrical solutions for large-scale, sustainability-focused projects, contributing to the expansion of one of South Australia’s most significant tourism developments.
