Located within Tonsley Innovation District, the new Mantra Hotel Tonsley offers 88 modern rooms alongside a stylish bistro, flexible breakout meeting areas, and versatile function spaces. Positioned to support the growing business and innovation community in Adelaide’s south, the hotel blends contemporary design with premium facilities.

Tad-Mar Electrical was engaged by Techne Build to deliver the complete electrical services package. Our scope included high voltage Transfomer installation, supply and installation of main switchboards, and full electrical lighting and power throughout the hotel and communal areas. Works also covered LV submain cabling, a standby generation system and essential services supplies, and a hotel lighting control system. Tad-Mar’s scope also included the complete external carpark & roadway lighting to completed the project to ensure full operational readiness.
