Located in the Western industrial precinct of Adelaide, the London Road Warehouses project delivered a multi-tenancy and warehousing facility comprising 13 high-end commercial & industrial warehouses with associated hardstand areas. Purpose-built to meet growing demand for flexible industrial and storage spaces, the development provides modern, functional infrastructure for a range of businesses.

Tad-Mar Electrical was engaged by Partek to deliver the full electrical base build works. Our scope included the supply and installation of switchboards, and base build electrical lighting and power throughout all units. Additional services included LV submain cabling, a lighting control system, NBN pit and pipe design and installation, general pit and pipe infrastructure, and external hardstand area lighting.
