Xavier College Two Wells

Located at Xavier College’s Two Wells campus, stage 4 offers learning spaces for both middle years and senior students. The specilsed facility includes science laboratories, art studios, maker spaces, a multipurpose area and student hub, the development also consists of a soccer pitch and 6 multi purpose courts. Tad-Mar Electrical was engaged by Mossop to complete the electrical services for the development. Works included the installation of high voltage conduits & transformer including associated civil works, consumer mains cabling, supply and installation of the site’s main switchboard and distribution boards, complete electrical fitout of the various learning spaces. Tad-Mar also carried out pit and pipe infrastructure to support future site stages and sports lighting. Dali lighting control was also incorporated into the various areas, and Tad-Mar also carried out the installtion of security, access control, and CCTV, a complete public address system was installed across both levels, and external areas. To support the colleges efficiency needs a full solar PV array system and energy managment systems were installed.
