Mount Barker Regional Sports Hub

Builder: Sarah Constructions | Electrical Works Value: $1.5 million

Located in South Australia’s growing Adelaide Hills region, the Mount Barker Regional Sports Hub is a multi-discipline facility designed to support a wide range of sporting activities and community events. Stage 1 of the project delivered an AFL-grade oval, a cricket oval, two FFA-approved soccer pitches, grandstands, and modern clubroom facilities.

Tad-Mar Electrical was engaged by Sarah Constructions to deliver the complete electrical infrastructure and fitout. Works included high voltage infrastructure installation, supply and installation of switchboards, site infrastructure pit and pipe installation, electrical lighting and power throughout, and LV submain cabling. Tad-Mar also completed external carpark and landscape lighting, integrated a lighting control system, installed structured cabling, security CCTV, access control systems, UPS systems, and a solar PV system. An energy management system and metering were installed to support operational sustainability and efficiency.

The Mount Barker Regional Sports Hub demonstrates Tad-Mar’s ability to deliver comprehensive, large-scale electrical solutions for major community and recreational infrastructure projects.
