Clayton Church Homes

Builder: Kennetts | Electrical Works Value: $2.5 million

Situated in the picturesque Adelaide Hills, Clayton Church Homes’ Summerhill facility is a 60-bed aged care development designed to offer residents a vibrant, community-focused environment. Featuring private rooms, shared dining areas, a gym, hairdresser, and a full commercial kitchen, Summerhill provides high-quality care in a modern and welcoming setting.

Tad-Mar Electrical was engaged by Kennett to deliver the complete electrical services package for the facility. Our works included high voltage infrastructure installation, supply and installation of main switchboards, and full electrical lighting and power throughout the site. Additional services included LV submain cabling, a lighting control system, pit and pipe installation, carpark lighting, structured cabling systems, and FTA/MATV system integration. Tad-Mar also installed a standby generator, solar PV system, UPS systems, hearing loops, AV systems, and an energy management metering system. Appliance supply and installation formed part of the complete electrical fitout to support operational readiness from day one.

The Summerhill project highlights Tad-Mar’s commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality electrical solutions tailored to the needs of aged care and community facilities.

“The advice, support and service delivered from Tad-Mar Electrical throughout the development was impressive…. CHG intend to utilise Tad-Mar Electrical into the future for all electrical maintenance and services at all CHG medical facilities.”
