Travis Munchenberg
General Manager
With over two decades in the electrical industry, Travis leads as General Manager at Tad-Mar Electrical, guiding the team through major projects across South Australia, New South Wales, Victoria and the Northern Territory. His expertise in control and automation, alongside a knack for mentoring, keeps Tad-Mar at the cutting edge of the industry.
When he’s not at work, Travis enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s cheering on the footy field sidelines or fishing with his sons.
David Shrimplin
Maintenance Manager
David oversees Tad-Mar’s Service & Maintenance department, bringing expertise in fault finding, control, and automation. His leadership ensures the team runs efficiently and meets high standards on every job.
Away from the office, David enjoys fishing and traveling to sites of historical significance.
Wayne Stroop
Estimator
As Tad-Mar’s Lead Estimator, Wayne draws on 29 years of industry experience to ensure accurate and competitive tenders. His technical background and commitment to quality have made him an essential part of the team.
Outside of work, Wayne enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, and exploring Australia taking the roads less traveled.
Aaron Borowicki
Project Manager
With more than a decade at Tad-Mar, Aaron excels as a Project Manager, overseeing electrical and data communications projects with a focus on CBUS technology. Known for his organisational skills and technical expertise, he ensures everything runs smoothly from scheduling to client management.
When he’s off the clock, Aaron enjoys good food, wine, and quality time with his family.
Luke Schmidt
Project Manager
Luke excels as a Project Manager at Tad-Mar, specialising in lighting automation and client satisfaction. His problem-solving skills and attention to detail ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
When he’s not managing projects, Luke enjoys camping, 4WDing, and dirt bike riding with his family.
Sherrin Palmer
Office Manager
Sherrin is our organised and approachable Office Manager, bringing a strong background in HR, finance, and operations. New to the electrical industry, she’s focused on improving processes – when she’s not supporting the team, she’s gardening, exploring nature, or planning her next weekend getaway.

Certified to AS/NZS 4801:2001 since 2007, we understand that effective OH&S management is vital to our success. While incidents may occur, any breach of our safety standards is taken seriously, investigated thoroughly, and addressed in line with internal procedures.
We implement clear policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure a safe working environment for our team, subcontractors, and partners. Tad-Mar Electrical also holds South Australian DTEI Category 3 certification for government projects, reinforcing our commitment to safety and compliance across all operations.
